A MORE USEFUL CHECK-IN

Read the numbers in context

Entries are a starting point

The entry count includes every saved exercise row, including the starter examples. Several entries may belong to one workout. Because the tracker has no dates yet, this count is not a verified weekly session total.

Understand training volume

Volume adds sets × reps × weight for each saved entry. Three sets of ten repetitions at twenty pounds contribute 600 lb. Bodyweight entries add zero to this calculation, but they still count as recorded work.

Look beyond one number

Use the log to remember what you completed, then reflect on your consistency and how the session felt. Comparing the same exercise over time is more useful than treating unlike exercises as interchangeable.

Your next check-in

Review the saved list, remove any examples you no longer need, and choose one detail you want to record more consistently next time. The streak and badge shown above are examples of future features, not measurements of your activity.
